Lakes, Fells, Mountains And Parkruns For Thirsk And Sowerby Harriers!

and a weekend of very different types of races and parkruns for Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers across the country.

Last Monday there was an incredible 125 at training at the Sowerby Sports Village track including 48 in the first session of the 10-week beginner course.

An incredible sight and good use of the community space. On Saturday 18 April, Andy Graham completed the challenging Teenager with Altitude fell race in the Lakes.
