Thirsk Royal British Legion Club Annual Children’s Party...

Despite the terrible weekend weather last Sunday, Thirsk Royal British Legion Club on Kirkgate went all out to defy the weather and held a packed Legion Club member’s children’s party, with over forty children and family attending in a noisy hall to celebrate Christmas.

Everyone was busy face painting, keeping children happy and content and playing all of the time.

All present were determined to have a good time meeting friends and family of all ages and enjoying plenty of party foods and entertainments in the afternoon occasion in which everyone could participate in the games and sing songs provided by Laughing Luke, the entertainer for the afternoon and DNA Kids U.K. with its North Riding franchise locally.

Luke provided plenty of fun and games and kept everyone, from grandparents to young dads and mums busy helping the children play and enjoy themselves.
