This is the name of a new art gallery that has sprung into being recently in Thirsk.

Opposite the Town Hall, it was founded by a Ukrainian expat, Lara Mackay, with her husband.

It features work by a variety of local artists, in a variety of media, from paintings to ceramics, some intriguing miniature glassware, and even edible items!

Many of the paintings are by her father, who was until recently a refugee from that unhappy country. He has recently returned, to look after the house that he built, some distance from Kyiv, and the pets he had to leave behind................
