Thirsk Care Home Shows Appreciation to NHS on 75th Anniversary...

Residents and staff members from Hambleton Grange care home in Thirsk thanked their local NHS workers recently, in honour of the NHS 75th anniversary.

Visiting local GPs and an ambulance station, Hambleton Grange handed out delicious homemade cakes to the key workers they met to show their appreciation for the care they provide to the community.

As well as delivering treats to local key workers, Hambleton Grange also invited visiting nurses to enjoy a hot breakfast sandwich and a drink in the home. District Nurse, Vicky Shepherd, said, ‘It is so lovely to be thanked................
