Harriers Host Thirsk 10 Community Event

Early Saturday morning, 7 harriers started out on the Hardmoors 55 with 300 other runners. This is one of the Hardmoors race series with events ranging from 15 to 200 miles!

As the name suggests, this is a 55-mile ultra run. It follows the Cleveland Way from Guisborough, taking in Roseberry Topping and the ‘Three Sisters’, before heading to Osmotherley, Sutton Bank and finishing in Helmsley.

Check points at various places along the route, manned by volunteers, offer support to the runners.
