Today Thirsk welcomed Elvington to the S.S.V for our final game of the season.

The 1st half started with both teams playing attacking football with chances created at both ends.

Thirsk started to gain more control of the game and had severeal chances and repeated corners, soon the pressure told and Lily played in Maisie to finish well, putting Thirsk 1 up.

Elvington hit back straight away with a well taken goal making it 1-1.

A great run from Maisie allowed her the chance to put Thirsk 2-1 up.

More corners followed and eventually one fell to Lily for her to put Thirsk 3-1 up.

Elvington kept on pushing and before half time scored to make it 3-2.
