A packed May Day weekend for Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers...

Finally, as reported last week, after well over twenty years as our tireless Club Press Officer, Marian Codling has understandably decided to step down from the role and completed her last press report last week.

The Chair of Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers, Trudy Morrice, presented Marian with an award at the Easter Handicap race to say thank you for her amazing work over many years.

It was a beautiful evening to mark the occasion up on top of Sutton Bank, with the Handicap victory taken by a determined Denise Gandy and everyone else enjoying their Easter egg prizes.
