Success for Thirsk Swim Team...

Local Swimming Club, Thirsk Swim Team have had a very successful County campaign at the Winter Yorkshire Championships held in Leeds.

In the Upper (13 and older) age category Will Dale-Wood collected 3 Golds and 2 silvers, Max Walker collected a Gold and Ben Dale-Wood a Silver.

In the lowers (9-12yrs) age category, the team had 5 qualifiers, with an outstanding result for Kiki Fletcher who collected golds in 7 events, one silver and one bronze.

Overall, the Club swimmers managed 49 personal best times across the Championships, flying the flag for their local Thirsk based team...
