Thirsk Falcons U9 Girls vs Bishopthorpe ...

A lovely morning in the south of York which saw our u9 girls go to Bishopthorpe looking to continue growing as a new team and new footballers.

The game started quite even with both teams looking to try and play nice football with plenty of the girls trying new skills that we have been working on in training.

The girls have really been trying to work on our defensive side to the game and it paid off with some fantastic defending from Thirsk and the Thirsk goalkeeper getting lots of praise from the Bishopthorpe coach...
